It feels like the kind of software that someone had a really good idea and set out to develop the code but then got bored with it or ran out of money so stopped developing before it was complete. I have a lot of complaints about Fishbowl. There is nothing in this entire software that has made our jobs easier or more convenient. They are only open 8-5 Mountain Time and most times we wait 2 - 4 hours to speak with tech support only to be told that Fishbowl cannot do that. And then here is the worse part about Fishbowl!! One of the selling points is "5 star US based customer support". It is very different to run through the modules when everything setup but the process to get everything setup will take hours and weeks and maybe even months to complete. Don't be fooled by the Demo they provide.

Nothing is impossible for Fishbowl they will say. When I started talking with sales they really over sold Fishbowls capabilities.
